Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee helps to develop, promote, and brand the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce.
The Marketing Committee seeks to leverage the marketing power of the Chamber through sponsorship of high-level events, programs, and initiatives and unique advertising opportunities.
With sponsorship of Chamber events and programs comes the opportunity to position yourself front and center within the area’s business community. From sponsorship of the monthly Connect AM & PM to community events like the annual Fall Festival, Winter Fest, GCCC President's Awards, Auction Gala, and Sullivan County Expo, to support of our various advocacy- focused events, the Chamber has something for every size business.
Goal: To promote the Chamber, its member and the community to Sullivan County and beyond.
Recent initiatives include:
- Developing the web-based survey to be available for all Chamber members through our new website
- Strengthening the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce brand
- Developed the "Enhance, promote, support" tagline -
Initiatives completed:
- Developed our New Logo - 2011
- Developing this new Chamber website - 2011
- Developing and completion of the first regional map in Sullivan County - 2009
- Developing and completing the first phase of the Banners Project in downtown Claremont - 2008
- Partnership with the Heart of Claremont Association on the development and upkeep of the Community Information Center in downtown Claremont - 2011
- Developed tagline - Enhance, Promote, Support - April 2009
